Strategic PR is about developing the blueprint for achieving your business goals for short, medium, and long-term wins. By doing these two things, they can be sure your message is being seen and heard by the right people. At Danica B PR Collective, we are open to new ways of working with clients, from sweat equity percentages to different models or styles of retainer and project packages. In all models, our underlying principles, service delivery, and values, will remain the same.

What has been the most rewarding aspect of starting your own business?
The long-term client and industry relationships are a testament to our model - it is working, it’s noticed, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.I I measure success in my business by the change and impact we have for our clients, it’s the only measure as our clients are everything. They place their trust in us and every milestone they achieve is a milestone for us.
What keeps you motivated? I have built an incredible business network and community of friends. We are likeminded, equally driven and underpinned by the same values system. These people hold space for me and I hold space for them. I look forward to every day and every new adventure we have.
What’s the best piece of business advice that you have ever received?
If you ever hesitate on anything like a decision or an action, give thought to how this may be challenging your values. This can be a wonderful guide to life and business.
What do you think is the most significant barrier to female business owners?
Our minds. Anything is possible if you set your mind to it. We need to invest in building a women’s inner confidence and resilience.
What have you sacrificed (both personally and professionally) at any given stage of your career?
Nothing. There have perhaps been times when I have let my self-care be less of a priority however I also get so much out of the different aspects of my life – being a mother, being a friend, having a career and just being a woman - that there is always a beautiful value exchange.
What would you say is your personal definition of success?
I measure it by my impact others. Did I make someone smile today? Are my children feeling loved, supported and confident? Am I supporting and helping my friends and networks? And am I making an impact to the businesses and industries I work with? If I can see and measure that, then I feel fulfilled.
What’s on the horizon for Danica B PR in 2023?
Let’s talk about crisis management. Going through a crisis can be overwhelming and confusing. We invest in crisis management and planning in business however how do we go when a crisis happens in our personal life? Often a personal crisis can derail a woman from all that she is juggling. Why do we not see ourselves as the CEO of our own lives and manage it in a similar way?
Crisis management strategy has a universal application in business and life and these tools can support you when it feels like nothing can. Having a clear idea of what's happening and why you're feeling the way you are can help you trust the process and tackle it one step at a time. So, let's get to the bottom of what's going on and make it more manageable! In 2023 we will be extending our work to offering frameworks, coaching and events to help make impactful changes that are out of the box.
